By using this website (the "Site") operated by Seamless Systems LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services and estimates

Submitting a contact or insurance-claim form requests an estimate or service inquiry only — it does not constitute a contract. All work is performed under a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Pricing is determined after a free on-site inspection and is not guaranteed by any number, calculator estimate, or example shown on this Site.

3. Calculator disclaimer

The spray-foam, gutter, and garage-door calculators on this Site provide rough budget ranges based on typical residential parameters. Actual project pricing depends on site conditions, material availability, and scope; calculator output is for planning purposes only and is not a quote.

4. Insurance work

For storm-damage and insurance-claim work, we read the carrier's adjuster scope and price each line item. We do not advance funds, waive deductibles, or negotiate claim eligibility on your behalf — final claim decisions are between you and your insurance carrier.

5. Intellectual property

All photos, copy, calculators, and design elements on this Site are © 2026 Seamless Systems LLC. You may not republish, scrape, or reuse Site content commercially without written permission.

6. User-submitted content

By uploading photos or files through the insurance-claim form, you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant Seamless Systems LLC a non-exclusive license to use it solely for processing your service request and claim.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Workmanship warranties on completed projects are stated in your signed work agreement, not on this Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seamless Systems LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Crook County, Wyoming.

Venue and jurisdiction

You consent to personal jurisdiction in Crook County, Wyoming for any action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
