Seamless Systems LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates this website and provides residential garage door, seamless gutter, and spray-foam insulation services across Wyoming and the Black Hills of South Dakota. Headquarters: 4 Westridge Road, Moorcroft, WY 82721.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form data: name, phone, email, service requested, and the message you send us.
• Insurance-claim form data: the contact data above plus property address, carrier, claim number, damage type, adjuster name, and any photo files you upload.
• Cookies: a single non-tracking preference cookie (ss_state) that remembers whether to show you Wyoming or South Dakota content. A second cookie (ss_cookie_ok) records that you dismissed the cookie banner.
• Server logs: standard Cloudflare access logs (IP, timestamp, URL, user agent) used for security and aggregate analytics only.

3. How we use it

We use submitted information solely to respond to your service request, schedule an inspection, prepare a quote, or process an insurance supplement on your behalf. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

• Your insurance carrier and adjuster, when you have asked us to handle an insurance claim or supplement.
• Email delivery providers (e.g., Resend) that route form submissions from our site to our inbox.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and processes traffic to deliver our pages.

5. Cookies

This site uses two non-tracking, first-party cookies — one for service-area preference and one to remember that you dismissed the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time without affecting functionality.

6. GDPR rights (EU/UK residents)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

Send a written request to the email above with proof of identity. We respond within 30 days at no cost. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. CCPA rights (California residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8. Data retention

We keep form submissions and quote records for up to seven (7) years for warranty, insurance, and tax purposes, then delete them. Insurance-claim file attachments are deleted within 12 months of claim closure.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
